At Essex Worktops, we’re specialists in customised planning and assembly. We can provide comprehensive advice and advise you on the best choices to suit your taste and budget.
We act as an agent for independent self-employed fitters and can arrange for your order to be fitted. We will carry out the fitting work under a separate contract between you and the fitter(s), and the fitter(s) will take full responsibility for their work and service quality.
We will advise you at the time of order, whenever possible, of approximate delivery lead times. However, if there is a likelihood of a delay or we cannot fulfil your requested delivery date, we will call you to discuss alternative options. Please note that exceptions may apply.
For orders over £250, we offer a free delivery service within a 5-mile radius.
Due to the nature of our service, every delivery quote is different, so don’t hesitate to get in touch with the office for delivery quotes on all other worktops, splashbacks and bathroom panels.
Please note that due to insurance guidelines, when we deliver to you, we must keep to the ‘kerb side’. Therefore, if you can, it is necessary to arrange help for adequate help to offload the contents of your delivery.
Your delivery address must be accessible, as all of our delivery services are by lorry or van, due to the heavy-duty contents. If your address is not accessible, you must contact us before to make alternate arrangements, or we may not be able to deliver to you.
If your order arrives as arranged, but we cannot deliver because you are not home or there is inadequate help available, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for redelivery. These costs are non-negotiable, and you will not receive your order without paying for them.
